Anzac Developments LLC is seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Construction Sales Representative to generate new business, manage project opportunities, and guide clients from initial consultation through project kickoff. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced design‑build environment and understands how to turn strong relationships into long‑term partnerships.
The Construction Sales Representative will be responsible for managing incoming leads, developing new referral sources, preparing pricing proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure tied directly to job profitability—rewarding high performance and strategic sales execution.

Manage and track leads, meetings, communications, and proposals using CRM tools and company software.
Identify potential clients and new construction business opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective projects and partnerships.
Attend industry events, networking functions, conferences, and trade shows to generate new referral sources.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.
- Sales Process & Client Experience
- Conduct client consultations to understand project scope, goals, and budget expectations.
- Prepare pricing proposals, contracts, and scope documentation in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.
- Ensure seamless handoff to Project Management for execution.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the pre‑construction and early construction phases.
- Support Project Management in addressing customer questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Cultivate long‑term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Arrange for client testimonials, reviews, and marketing photo opportunities upon project completion.
Work cross‑functionally with estimating and project management teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
Provide market feedback and sales insights to leadership to support strategic growth.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service, lead tracking, and conversion processes.
QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of sales experience; construction or real estate industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of closing deals and building long‑term client relationships.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and pricing structures preferred.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally for meetings and job site…
