Strength Coach​/Personal Trainer

River North Strength (RNS) is a semi-private strength & conditioning gym serving driven adults and competitive athletes in the Kirkwood area. We operate in a 2:1 coaching model with structured, progressive programming and a strong emphasis on professionalism, relationships, and results.

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Strength Coach to join our growing team. For the right candidate, we would consider a part-time role.

This position starts at $50,000 annually, with monthly bonus upside tied to performance, client retention, and overall impact within the business. Part-time compensation will depend on candidate & experience.

This role requires availability for early mornings, afternoon/evening sessions, and weekend hours. Reliability and consistency are essential.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coaching — not just working out. You should be comfortable leading semi-private sessions, building relationships with adult clients and athletes, and delivering programs with energy. We value strong communication skills, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in Exercise Science (or related field), CSCS or similar certification, and experience coaching both adults and athletes. However, character, work ethic, and alignment with our culture matter most.
