Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk- Process full‑cycle accounts payable, including high‑volume invoice entry (1,000+ weekly)
- Review and approve vouchers for payment while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Prepare invoice deduction notices and support vendor payment processing
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Assist with month‑end close, reporting, and cross‑functional accounting support
- 2–3 years of high‑volume accounts payable experience
- Strong Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
- Construction industry or Timberline experience is a plus
