• Process full‑cycle accounts payable, including high‑volume invoice entry (1,000+ weekly)
• Review and approve vouchers for payment while maintaining accuracy and compliance
• Prepare invoice deduction notices and support vendor payment processing
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Assist with month‑end close, reporting, and cross‑functional accounting support

• 2–3 years of high‑volume accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel skills; experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
• Construction industry or Timberline experience is a plus
