JOB SUMMARY
The Full-Time Integrated Business Associate supports the operational and administrative functions of multiple residential communities. This role is responsible for application processing, resident file management, renewals, delinquency tracking, and system updates. The Integrated Business Associate ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all leasing and resident services workflows while providing essential support to onsite teams.
APPLICATION & LEASING ADMINISTRATION- Process and approve applications for Plantation, Flagler, and Epperson
- Complete Veri Fast screenings
- Upload applicant files (Pet Screening, RIN, FPL, and other required documents)
- Prepare and send Welcome Home Letters
- Generate new leases for approved applicants
- Upload resident files (Pet Screening, FPL, etc.)
- Counter-sign leases
- Process roommate additions for current residents
- Monitor and track delinquency across assigned properties
- Issue 3-Day Notices
- Support eviction processing (noting Greenville's extended timeline)
- Cancel evictions Monday–Friday (onsite teams handle weekends)
- Submit Lease Lock claims
- Maintain delinquency tracker and detailed notes
- Maintain renewal spreadsheets
- Prepare and send renewal offers
- Generate renewal leases
- Conduct renewal follow‑ups
- Follow up on renters insurance compliance
- Submit bonuses
- Respond to internal email requests
- Move money between accounts when needed
- Assist teams with One Site
- Complete all FAS
- Mail out Notice To Impose Claims
- Experience in property management, leasing, or administrative operations preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work across multiple properties and manage varying workflows
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management systems (One Site experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently while supporting onsite teams
- Reliable and consistent attendance is required
