Engineering Coordinator

Job Description

The Engineering Coordinator will support the daily operations of our Engineering Department and help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained resort. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping teams work efficiently. • Manage and track maintenance and service work orders from start to finish
• Support managers with scheduling, follow‑ups, and prioritizing service requests
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure room access and smooth guest turnover
• Assist with procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor communication
• Maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports on work order performance
• Help identify ways to improve workflows and reduce delays
• Support team members with basic system questions and troubleshooting
• Serve as a communication link between Engineering and other departments
• Assist with safety and compliance tasks as needed
• Perform other duties that support the Engineering team

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities, logistics, or operations
• Experience in maintenance or construction environments is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs occasionally
