Overview
The Care Management Support Assistant contributes to the administration of care management by providing non‑clinical support in the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs. The role guides members and families toward appropriate resources to maintain optimal wellness, and performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks. Work is routine and patterned, with decisions limited to defined parameters under close supervision.
Responsibilities• Support the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs and requirements.
• Assist members and families in accessing appropriate care and wellbeing resources.
• Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
• Maintain records and follow established quality standards and timelines.
• Work collaboratively within the care management team under established policies and guidelines.
- Less than 2 years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Administrative support experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with care and wellbeing resources
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Passion for improving consumer experiences
- Associate’s Degree
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Access proficiency
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 40 hours per week.
Pay range: $38,000 – $45,800 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.
