Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Branch Manager Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Kissimmee, FL. This administrative and office management role supports daily branch operations by coordinating paperwork, maintaining accurate records, communicating with builders, and helping managers and supervisors stay organized.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain assigned filing systems and ensure records are organized, accurate, and accessible.
- Report billable work to the Accounts Receivable department on a daily basis.
- Communicate with builders regarding job readiness through email or online portals.
- Respond to administrative inquiries and help resolve questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate paperwork for jobs scheduled for managers or supervisors.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support branch operations.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.

M-F, 7am-4pm.
