Support Staff - Field Trip Coordinator
This position is responsible for the scheduling of field trips and sometimes routing the buses. Responsible for preparing driver packets including special instructions, mapping, routing, and directing drivers. This position also has radio dispatching during field trips at all times. Additionally, the position handles administrative responsibilities such as bookkeeping, computer input, maintaining files, documenting trips, and preparing correspondence and reports.
Required Qualifications- H.S. Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of school transportation experience.
- Valid Class B CDL License with passenger endorsement.
- Typing Test (35 wpm).
