Business Support Analyst – OMID

Leading Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to provide business operations and analytical support to the Office of Management and Institutional Development (OMID) at NOAA Fisheries’ Southwest Fisheries Science Center. This full-time, on-site position supports operational efficiency through financial tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities within a federal environment.
Specific tasks include:- Support budget monitoring, financial tracking, and related documentation
- Assist with acquisition coordination and business operations activities
- Prepare operational reports, summaries, and data analyses
- Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Track tasks, milestones, action items, and administrative deliverables
- Maintain organized business, financial, and program records
- Support day-to-day OMID business operations and reporting requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years of business operations, program support, or administrative experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Additional relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education on a year-for-year basis
- Ten (10) days (80 hours) of accrued paid time off per year
- Fifty-six (56) hours of paid sick leave per year
- Eleven (11) paid federal holidays annually
Hourly pay range of $21.00 to $26.00 per hour is provided in compliance with California law. Employment is at-will. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
