Strategy & Analytics Manager; Entertainment

As an Entertainment Strategy and Analytics Manager , you will serve as the primary partner with Disney Live Entertainment Production, Technical Production and Design , Creative Development,and Entertainment General Managerstodevelopprojectsandlong-term strategy. You will partner closely with Consumer Insights, Industrial Engineering, Finance,Product and Franchise Strategyandotherlines  ofbusiness to developandcultivate metrics, methodologies,and reporting tosupportstrategyandthe Entertainment portfolio.

This is a full time role and reports to the Manager,Strategy&Analytics.

• Provide critical thinking, problem solving,and strategic planning support for Disney Live Entertainment through research, data miningandanalysis, story-building, analytical project management, risk assessment,and reporting
• Pursue solutions to complex problems that focus onoptimizingthe Guest experience, Cast experience,and business results
• Support Entertainment change initiatives across the site in a strategic consultingandproject management capacity
• Lead process improvementandoptimization efforts through various methods including defining success parameters, data collectionandanalysis, tool development,and process mapping
• Collaborate with analytical thought partners including Industrial Engineering, Consumer Insights,and Finance to ensure the data collected supports entertainment business needs
• Translate technical information to a non-technical audience so that analyticalandcreative teams can work together effectively
• Develop clearandconcise presentations tooptimizeawareness, guidance,and decision-making for our Creative Development,Technical Production and Design,Productionandexecutive teams
• Hire, lead, develop,andseparatehourly non-union Cast Members
• Provide counselanddirection for a broad swath of leaders across multiple levels of the DLE-WDW organization

• 3+ years ofstrategydevelopmentandanalyticsexperience
• Intermediate knowledge of all functional roles within DLE from creative development to sustainment
• Demonstrated strong analyticalandproject management skills
• Demonstrated initiativeandstrategic thinking abilityto support highly complex work autonomously
• Mustpossessin-depth knowledge of policies, procedures,and guiding principles associated with statistics, dataanalytics,strategy development, storytelling,and consensus building
• Strong attention to detail, robust analytical, storytelling aptitude,andsolidstrategydevelopment skills
• Demonstratedability to assess an issueandrecommend solutions with minimal leadership input
• Proven ability tomaintainstrong relationshipsandeffectivecommunication with partners,clients,and executive leadershippertainingtoall aspects of work
• Demonstrated abilityto manage multiple priorities through strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated verbal,written,andpresentationcommunicationskills
• Proven interpersonal skills including coaching, conflict resolution, problem solving, influencing,and negotiation skills
• Strong computerproficiencywith the Microsoft Suiteand Share Point ;demonstrated aptitude fornew applicationsandanalytical tools including SAP, Business Objects,Power Bi, Smartsheet,and Vizio

• Proven experience in the field of Entertainment,Theateror other related experience
• Proven experience with Tableau and/or other data reporting software

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
