Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to facilitate project success.
- Drafting and coordinating external communications with property owners and community members, including managing inquiries and tracking responses.
- Keeping internal teams informed about ongoing projects to ensure smooth execution and collaboration.
- Participating in project meetings, including field reviews, pre-construction discussions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborating with government and community relations teams to align engagement approaches and organize public information sessions.
- Bachelor's degree required; or a high school diploma/GED with at least seven years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of five years in stakeholder or community engagement, preferably within the utility industry.
- Valid driver’s license and experience in handling external presentations and communication.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management principles.
