As an Assistant Community Managerat Wendover,you’llbe the front line of hospitality and service—welcoming new residents, supporting current ones, and helping the Community Manager bring our vision to life. - Manage leasing and renewal activities to support occupancy and revenue goals
- Maintainaccurateleasing files, applications, and documentation to support audits and compliance
- Assist with rent collection and track unit availability to ensureaccuratereporting
- Collaborate on the development and execution of community events and resident engagement activities
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts across Internet Listing Services (ILS) and social media platforms,optimizing listings, visuals, and messaging to support occupancy and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff to ensuretimelywork orders and clean unit turns
- Process invoicestimelyandassistwith budget tracking and variance reporting
- Provide prompt,professional and supportive service to residents, vendors, team members,auditors and ownership
- Upholdour Wendoverstandards of quality, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with office staff on community projects or resident needs as requested
- High school or equivalent required;
Bachelor’sdegree preferred
- Industry certifications such as CALP or CAM are a plus
- Prior experience in property management required
- Solid understanding of leasing processes and(LITECHfor our affordable communities) compliance standards
- Demonstratedproficiencyin Microsoft Office and industry‑specific property management and maintenance tracking systems, with the ability to accurately document,manage data,communicate efficiently, and support data‑driven decision‑making

This is a full-time, on-site role with standard hours,weekend work, and occasional overtime as needed to support leasing traffic, resident events, or special community needs.
This role is active and hands-on, requiring physical stamina, agility, and attention to detail to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
- Frequent interaction with residents, teammates, vendors, and prospects in-person, by phone, and via email or text
- Position requires walking the property regularly, entering units, and supporting team members across the leasing office and community spaces
- May involve lifting marketing materials or light office supplies (up to 25 lbs.) Dress code is professional and consistent with Wendover’s polished, approachable brand
- Mustmaintainconfidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for errands or marketing drops may be occasionally required
