Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct‑hire opportunity with a leading commercial excavating contractor based in Central Florida (Kissimmee/Orlando area). Our client specializes in complete site work solutions for general contractors, owners, and developers, including earthwork, underground utilities, fire lines, erosion control, curb repair, asphalt overlay, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple site development projects, including grading, excavation, and utility installation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to align field operations with project scope and timelines.
  • Review blueprints, grading plans, and specifications to guide successful execution.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts in a timely, proactive manner.
  • Track and control labor, equipment, and materials to stay within budget.
  • Manage documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality control expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary up to $120,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in civil/site development, with at least 2 years in a project management or supervisory role.

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, grading layouts, and survey data.
  • Strong communication, scheduling, and budget‑tracking skills.
  • Familiarity with civil construction software tools is a plus.
