Reconstruction Project Manager

SERVPRO® of Osceola County is seeking individuals with Construction or similar industries for the role of Reconstruction Project Manager. The position involves creating estimates for the company's reconstruction jobs, rebuilding customers' homes after completing jobs related to water mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage, demo, and other restoration-related jobs. The role also includes rebuilding and re-installing drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens, and all other in-home reconstruction.

The candidate must scope jobs by identifying the amount of labor and materials necessary to complete the job from beginning to end, manage a team of in-house employees and subcontractors, scope the time required to complete each job and coordinate/schedule jobs, create the budget required to complete the job from beginning to end and review with owner/manager, manage the entire process and ensure top-notch quality levels, communicate with customers to understand their needs for each job performed and ensure job quality meets the highest customer service levels, and if a recon job is over budget or more time is needed, communicate with the owner immediately.

Position requirements include:
Must speak English (bilingual preferred), no exception; 5 years' experience with in-home reconstruction including drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens, and all other in-home reconstruction; 5 years' experience using XACTIMATE to estimate; 5 years' experience in construction; 5 years' experience in home remodeling; high school diploma/GED; ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance;

ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics); ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
