We're looking for a Takeoff & Modeling Specialist to join our growing Estimating Department. If you're passionate about construction technology, enjoy creating precise earthwork models, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

As a key member of our estimating team, you'll play an important role in developing accurate models and quantity takeoffs that help drive successful projects.

• Develop accurate 3D earthwork models using AGTEK or similar software.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs using Plan Swift or comparable software for linear, area, and count calculations.
• Review construction plans and perform plan comparisons to identify revisions and project impacts.
• Update takeoffs based on design changes, client requests, and management direction.
• Ensure all takeoffs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Collaborate with estimators and project teams to support successful bid preparation.
• Assist with additional estimating and preconstruction tasks as needed.

• Experience in heavy civil construction
  , including earthwork, grading, paving, underground utilities, and site development.
• Proficiency with:
• AGTEK (or similar earthwork modeling software)
• Plan Swift (or similar takeoff software)
• Bluebeam
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb on and off equipment when necessary.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions when project needs require.
