** Job Responsibilities
*** Act as greeter and information source to current members, prospects, guests and the general public via phone, email, and in person about the Club and amenities.
* Provide genuine, personalized service in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain member relationships and assist in day-to-day member inquiries and correspondence.
* Welcome new members and issue membership cards.
* Compile and distribute membership information packets.
* Provide administrative support for the Membership Team.
* Assist with member events as needed including attending member events.
* Track and bill fees related to amenity passes, guest wristbands.
* Obtain and update payment information; follow-up on delinquent accounts including sending required documentation.
* Design, compile, and distribute membership communications, including newsletters, e-blasts, social media, and promotional materials.
* Monitor the inventory of office supplies.
* Attend all required meetings and trainings.
* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
* Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.## Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Administrative experience of at least 1 year is required. Private/Club operations experience is preferred.
* Excellent verbal, telephone, and written skills.
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
* Excellent computer and technology skills with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
* Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
* Comfortable to perform the essential functions of the role in various types of Florida weather conditions including:  sunshine, heat, and rain.
* Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
* Must be proficient with Microsoft software
* Comfortable to complete repetitive motions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
* English and Spanish language proficiency is required to perform the essential functions of this position
* Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on business need.
