Front Desk Staff Member

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering phones, providing information, and performing basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties
• Provide accurate information to guests and visitors
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area
• Handle inquiries and resolve any guest concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
• Knowledge of basic office software applications
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
