PIP Marketing, Signs and Print of Kissimmee, FL is looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative (CSR). We have an awesome team, we like to have fun and work together, and we are looking for someone that will fit! We have AMAZING HOURS 8 am to 4 pm, Mon-Thursday, and Friday 8 am to 3 pm. Closed Sat. & Sunday.

• SIGNAGE/PRINTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

• Our customer service representatives work to understand what our customers need, what they are trying to accomplish and then help customers make appropriate product and service choices. Then they need to be able to work with our internal team and vendors to get things done! (If you are mean, difficult to get along with, then please go apply somewhere else...)
• Ability to multi-task is essential. (Answer the phone, help customers that walk in, handle questions from production, etc.)

• Sell and explain the competitive advantages of our company. (We are awesome and you get to tell people about it!)
• Maintain highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism. The is important, we understand that mistakes happen, stuff goes sideways, we deal with it and make sure the customers happy. We NEVER accept lying about anything.
• Communicate with customers. (This includes CALLING THEM ON THE PHONE, ...frequently!, not just emailing them. We are not a call center, but if calling people makes you nervous...probably not a good fit)
• Learn all aspects of a digital printing, signs and graphics operation. This person will be lead on the larger signage projects and will include some surveys and permitting work.
• Process & Track jobs from order to completion/delivery.
• Communicate customer concerns and requirements to the production staff.
• Experience with Print Smith or Printer's Plan estimating software will be given extra consideration.
• Estimating printing and signage work. Advising customers as to best products and solutions.
• Proof and check jobs, make sure there are no tpyos.
• Serve as a back-up to other CSRs. (Sometimes people get sick or go on vacation)
• Check samples to ensure accurate final product.
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
• Any other duties as assigned.
