Job Overview

Position:
Customer Advocate Safelite’s Customer Advocates are the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a memorable experience through administrative support, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, and customer service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.

• Competitive weekly base pay starting at $17.75/hour.
• Paid training and all the tools and resources needed for success.
• Anticipated end date September 30, 2026.

• Welcome in‑shop customers and resolve concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls, e‑mails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale, and same‑day reschedules or cancellations.
• Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts, and missing details.
• Perform administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, managing deleted work orders, and processing credit memos and rebills.
• Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.
• Handle all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of telephone operations or business administration experience.
• Ability to provide world‑class customer service in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment.
• Travel availability up to 10%.
