Capital Vacations is seeking a friendly Tour Reception Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests at our Kissimmee resort. In this full-time role, you will welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, process payments, reservations, and provide resort information with a focus on outstanding service.
The ideal candidate has strong administrative and customer service skills, is bilingual in English and Spanish if possible, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
