Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help them with purchases, keep carts ready, assist loading vehicles, and support a great member experience.

You will be constantly on your feet, rain or shine, sleet or snow, and our members count on you.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, notifying members of delays or product availability and offering alternative options.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow procedures for handling merchandise, and report unsafe situations.
• Provide member service including acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing, processing payments, operating cash registers, locating merchandise, and organizing carts.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and keep carts/flatbeds available.
• Resolve member issues and promote the company's products and services.
• Complete work assignments prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and adapting to changes.
