Assist in coordinating the operation of all Special Events or Leisure Experience activities (ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, Summer Fest, etc.);
Check the status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies;
Follow training guidelines to support the direction of the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers;
Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees;
Learn and operate software systems used in events (ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage, etc.)
