A cutting-edge semiconductor company in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Sr. Wet Etch Process Development Engineer to lead the development and improvement of integrated Advanced Packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Wet Etch experience, robust project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Candidates should possess a BS in Engineering, with MS/PhD preferred, and relevant industry experience.
