Sky Water Technology is seeking an experienced Advanced Packaging Laminate and Bonding Process Engineer for our Florida site. You will own and develop critical process areas in bonding and lamination within the Advanced Packaging flow, leading improvements and collaborating with foundry customers, peers, and management.
The role requires 7-10 years with a BS, or 5-7 with an MS, plus 2+ years for PhD, and hands-on fab processing in advanced packaging.
