Assist in coordinating the operation of Special Events or Leisure Experience activities (ICE!, Best of Florida Christmas, Summer Fest, etc.).;
Check status of operation, lighting, AV, cleanliness, and system operation and correct any aesthetic deficiencies.;
Support the direction of the Special Events Manager and Assistant Managers through training guidelines.;
Monitor and assist with training for all Special Events employees.;
Learn and operate software systems used in events (ticketing, retail, inventory, space usage, etc.).
