Member service representative

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or banking environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Offer foundational guidance on products and services to align with member requirements
• Aid members in establishing and managing deposit accounts, loans, and various financial offerings
• Investigate and address simple inquiries and issues related to member accounts
• Facilitate transactions and provide assistance on the banking platform as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction
