Insight Credit Union is looking for a passionate trusted financial advisor eager to provide an excellent service experience to our members.
PositionUniversal Representative – engaging, energetic, personable to complete processes quickly while building trusted financial advisor relationships. Responsible for high‑volume sales production, teller transactions, and account services. Time spent varies with branch traffic.

Shift: 32‑40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (8am–6pm), Saturday (9am–12pm). Hours based on department needs. Includes training at a designated location.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Consistently produce a high volume of sales production while servicing member transactions on the teller line and platform. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual referral goals. Refer deposit accounts, consumer loans, general services, mortgages, and commercial loans as appropriate.
- Receive and process member/non‑member financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, gift cards, transfers. Balance cash drawer and prepare daily reports. Maintain accurate records and resolve outages.
- Deliver exceptional member service: create a welcoming environment, guide members through processes, sales, and services via teller, lobby, or video office. Assist with account maintenance, debit card and check orders, wire transfers, ACH requests, fraud inquiries, vehicle title documents, and new memberships as needed. Educate members on online, mobile, remote deposits, and other banking options.
- Handle outbound call lists weekly to promote product offerings. Assist in call center queue, including SMS & chat, on a rotation basis.
- Assist management with records and reports:
Check Hold Audits, Teller Cash Drawer Audits, Retention Records, cash over/short log. Resolve issues within authority or refer to supervisor. - Open and close safe deposit boxes, escort members, maintain cash machine and branch opening/closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
One to three years of similar or related experience.
EducationHigh school diploma or GED.
Interpersonal SkillsAbility to resolve conflicts, build relationships, and maintain confidentiality with diplomacy and tact.
Other SkillsOperate a 10‑key calculator and computer keyboard.
Physical RequirementsRegularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand, walk or maneuver around the branch.
Work EnvironmentProfessional office environment with standard office equipment.
