Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Central Florida. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing parent education. Additionally, the BCBA will oversee the work of Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborate with other professionals to ensure client progress.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience in Psychology and Behavior Management
- Skills in Parent Education and training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Experience in clinical settings or healthcare industry is a plus
