Sanford Health - - Responsibilities:
Analyze medical records for missing documentation and signatures, entering deficiencies in the EMR.;
Scan, capture, and index medical record documents; ensure timeliness and accuracy of imaging.;
Maintain EMR and document imaging software competence; assist with ROI requests and release of information.;
Apply knowledge of coding guidelines to assign diagnosis codes for billing.;
Support providers on EMR usage and workflows; ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
