A hospitality company in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations and staff at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in hotel front desk operations, excellent leadership capabilities, and proficiency in the Opera PMS system. Responsibilities include managing guest services, monitoring reservations and billing, and ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction.

Flexibility for shifts on weekends and holidays is required.
