Food and Beverage Supervisor

Our client, a well-regarded hotel located in East London , is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor . This part-time role involves assisting in the management of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. Youwill support the F&B Manager, lead shifts, train service staff, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for guests.

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during shifts.
• Assist in training and mentoring service staff, upholding service standards and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory levels for F&B supplies and assist with stocktaking and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in F&B areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food and beverage delivery.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service or supervision.
• Knowledge of food and beverage products, service standards, and hygiene regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
