Must have Coupa experience as an end user, in a support role, or as a Coupa administrator.
Really would like candidates that have worked on sourcing and that side of the process. They do not want people from the accounts receivable side.
Role OverviewYou are vital to ensuring data integrity, reporting solution relevance, and are the primary supporter of Source to Contract related ad hoc requests from our business partners and stakeholders. This professional position supports key business partners by bridging the gap between business process needs and system capabilities/configurations. Specifically, this position serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Source to Contract (STC) business processes performed in Coupa.

*** Sourcing partners through collaboration, communication, and delivery of information and solutions for routine and complex problems, under the direction and guidance from others.

*** Financial Systems (Client) and Source-to-Contract (STC) stakeholders' knowledge and understanding of Coupa functions, design, and processes through function consultation and training - Develops and maintains deep understanding of STC relevant data elements, data configurations, and data integrations between Coupa STC Modules and other source systems (e.g. SAP) and sub-systems (e.g. APEX Supplier Portal)
- Collaborates with the Client Governance team to manage the full life cycle of Coupa enhancement requests from submission to completion, including implementation and regression testing
- Communicates STC relevant Coupa enhancements and release notes to Client & STC stakeholders ensuring awareness and understanding of the impact
- Communicates Coupa enhancement status to business stakeholders on a proactive basis Completes/maintains training, process, and system maintenance documentation
- Researches and troubleshoots STC Related issues reported by end users and/or other stakeholders (data or process) and takes appropriate action to resolve issues
- Participates in small to medium sized projects with Client and/or business partners to design, develop, and implement solutions that address root-causes of issues stemming from areas such as; system enhancements/configurations, business processes, end user training, etc.
- Assists in managing end user incidents in Service Now by proactively self- assigning incidents within scope of responsibilities
- Actively manages assigned end user incidents in Service Now ensuring complete, accurate, and timely resolutions
- Participates in brainstorming, consensus building and other team activities to identify actions that improve systems and processes.
- Gathers data, performs more complex analysis, and prepares draft presentations of findings

- Leads small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Effectively communicates project risks, statuses, and achievements in a timely manner

- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with Coupa Sourcing, Contract Management preferable CLMA
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology
