Empire Management, Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior System Administrator & Helpdesk Technician to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will support maintenance, security, and performance of IT systems while providing first-line helpdesk support.
You will assist in troubleshooting, installing, and configuring systems, responding to user requests and maintaining documentation. A degree in IT or a related field with 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
