Seeking for a Computer Operations Manager, where you'll oversee the daily activities of our technical team and ensure seamless IT service delivery.

• Manage and coordinate technical team activities, including project scheduling and incident response.
• Ensure operational support coverage and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain operational standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage the integration of new technologies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and technical staff.
• Provide input on business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery.
• Provide computer and user support, including hardware/software installation and configuration.
• Perform advanced network and telephony support.

Primary Duties:

• Lead IT service delivery across the program, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Develop and implement IT service management processes.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide software rollouts and updates.
• Monitor and improve service desk performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Document solutions to technology issues.
• Travel to remote sites for IT issue resolution and resource deployment.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience, including managing teams responsible for production and operations support.
