• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience with exposure to multi-platform environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between FDOT locations 25% - 40% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing a ladder and stooping.

• Experience in managing IT service delivery and asset management.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes: incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Experience in coordinating enterprise-wide software rollouts and updates.
