Custodian

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our sales facility. This role ensures that all offices, common areas, restrooms, and customer-facing spaces are clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.

• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

• Wipe down surfaces, windows, and glass doors to ensure a professional appearance.

• Ensure showroom and sales areas are always customer-ready.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred (commercial environment a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Schedule/ Pay/ Benefits:

7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday
- Friday with occasional weekends.
