Maintenance Apprentice - The Lucent at Sunrise
Located in the heart of Kissimmee,
The Lucent at Sunrise features a resort‑style community with 22 amenities and a 23,000 square‑foot lazy river.
Schedule: M-F; evenings / weekends
Primary Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, and trash disposal areas, including pet waste and litter removal.
- Inspect and maintain outdoor equipment, structures, and amenities, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of community amenities, keeping them neat and orderly.
- Clean, maintain, and repair signage, pool furniture, fitness equipment, and front kick plates.
- Oversee dumpster roll‑outs, manage trash removal, and organize recyclable areas.
- Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards or needed repairs to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist with trash removal from vacated units and notify the Service Manager of bulk pick‑up needs.
- Respond to resident concerns regarding grounds and exterior areas promptly and professionally.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, maintaining a neat, clean appearance.
- Comply with dress code and safety guidelines and be available to work weekends as needed.

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
