Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Service Supervisor to oversee and coordinate residential maintenance services for homeowners. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient scheduling, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hands‑on knowledge of residential maintenance and trade experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Landscaping, Pest Control, or Pool Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule maintenance vendors for homeowners.
- Supervise and evaluate vendor performance and service quality by conducting on‑site inspections.
- Perform onsite visits, inspect the condition of each home in accordance with an Inspection Checklist, and deliver the findings to the homeowner.
- Maintain ongoing communication with homeowners regarding service status, scheduling, and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collect homeowner feedback through satisfaction surveys and interviews.
- Prepare service reports for homeowners.
- Prepare internal weekly/monthly reports summarizing activities, performance metrics, and issues.
- Knowledge and experience in residential maintenance fields:
Plumbing, HVAC, Landscape, Pest Control, and Pool Maintenance. - Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general reporting tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and customer service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various parties.
- Prior experience in property management, construction, or home service coordination preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management software.
- Basic understanding of budgeting or cost estimation in maintenance operations.
- Work Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (alternating weekend availability needed). - Fieldwork: requires working outdoors, potentially in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, or cold.
- Travel:
Driving throughout the state of FL. - Physical Activity:
Walking, standing, and lifting/carrying heavy items.
