Maintenance Apprentice - The Lucent at Sunrise

Located in the heart of Kissimmee,
The Lucent at Sunrise features a resort‑style community with 22 amenities and a 23,000 square‑foot lazy river.

Schedule: M-F; evenings / weekends

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, landscaping, sidewalks, parking lots, and trash disposal areas, including pet waste and litter removal.
  • Inspect and maintain outdoor equipment, structures, and amenities, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of community amenities, keeping them neat and orderly.
  • Clean, maintain, and repair signage, pool furniture, fitness equipment, and front kick plates.
  • Oversee dumpster roll‑outs, manage trash removal, and organize recyclable areas.
  • Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards or needed repairs to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assist with trash removal from vacated units and notify the Service Manager of bulk pick‑up needs.
  • Respond to resident concerns regarding grounds and exterior areas promptly and professionally.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, maintaining a neat, clean appearance.
  • Comply with dress code and safety guidelines and be available to work weekends as needed.
