• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required – training provided.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company pays).
• Ability to work independently and interact with clients.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and confined spaces; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
• Work in different weather conditions.
