ICU Nurse Manager

Overview

Health Care Support is actively seeking an experienced ICU Nurse Manager to lead a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit within a large, well-established acute care hospital in Central Florida. This organization is recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence, advanced critical care services, and a strong culture of collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. This role offers the opportunity to provide both clinical and operational leadership within a fast-paced ICU environment, supporting a dedicated team of critical care nurses while driving quality outcomes, patient safety, and staff development.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation Notes

• $90,000 - $115,000
• Relocation assistance available!

• Lead and oversee patient care operations on a 24-hour basis, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of patient-centered care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, improve quality outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience through proactive leadership and rounding.

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Critical care experience in an ICU setting required, including MICU, SICU, and or CVICU
• Prior leadership experience required, such as Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Nurse Manager experience
