Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Clinical Nurse Specialist capacity. This role requires strong clinical judgment, independent problem‑solving, and the ability to support both patients and clinical staff with complex issues. The RN will assess and interpret customer needs, identify solutions for non-standard requests, analyze moderately complex situations, and serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced team members.

This is an on-site role located at our Kissimmee, FL office and does not involve home visits or multi‑site travel.

Top Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Problem Solving
  • Assess and interpret customer and patient needs to determine appropriate actions.
  • Identify solutions for non‑standard requests and moderately complex clinical or operational issues.
  • Conduct moderately complex analyses to support clinical decisions.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance, seeking support only on the most complex tasks.
  • Translate clinical concepts, policies, and requirements into daily practice.
Communication & Coaching
  • Provide clear explanations, clinical information, and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coach and guide less experienced staff, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for team members navigating difficult or unfamiliar issues.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Ensure thorough, accurate, and timely completion of all patient documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with BLS requirements, nursing standards, and organizational policies.
  • Support quality, safety, and regulatory readiness through proper documentation and clinical accuracy.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 1+ years of recent, pertinent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting.
  • 1+ years of RN experience or 2 years as an LPN in a relevant practice area.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience working independently in a self‑directed role.
  • Ability to manage less‑structured, more complex clinical or operational issues.
  • Experience serving as a resource for other clinicians or support staff.
  • Strong critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities.
Work Environment
  • On‑site clinical role.
  • No travel required.
  • No home‑based patient care.
