Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location: 1875 Fortune Road Kissimmee, FL 34744

• Providing professional nursing care under established policies and procedures
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care provided
• Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
• Communicating effectively with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Supporting patient education and wellness initiatives
• Following infection control and safety protocols

• Active Florida LPN License REQUIRED
• Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Previous healthcare or public health experience preferred
