In this role, you’ll guide clinical operations, develop a strong care team, and ensure every resident receives personalized, high‑quality care in a supportive and engaging environment.

• Lead all wellness operations, including nursing and caregiver teams
  • Ensure timely assessments, individualized care plans, and accurate documentation
  • Oversee medication management (ordering, administration, compliance)
  • Coordinate care with providers and respond to resident health needs
  • Drive fall prevention, incident management, and quality outcomes

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing care team
  • Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workforce planning
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing education to team members

• Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA regulations and community policies
  • Lead survey readiness efforts and regulatory audits
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold resident rights and privacy

• Manage department budget, payroll, and staffing costs
  • Identify efficiencies while maintaining exceptional care standards
  • Provide clinical on‑call support as needed

• Build strong relationships with residents and families
  • Communicate care plans and provide education and support
  • Promote wellness programs that enhance quality of life

• Active RN or LPN license in Florida
• CPR certification
• 3–5+ years of experience in senior living or healthcare leadership
• Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations
• Experience with staffing, budgeting, and EHR systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field

• Ability to assist with resident mobility (with support)
• Participation in on‑call rotation
• TB screening, background check, and compliance with safety standards
