Overview
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) position in Advent Health Celebration, Florida. Night shift, full time. Provides patient care in acute care settings with emphasis on coordination and delivery of high‑quality care.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Education:
Associate's of Nursing (Required);
Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred). - Licenses &
Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Required;
Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required. - Work Experience:
1+ year in acute care hospital setting (Preferred).
