Activa Home Health in Florida is seeking a Field RN to perform home health visits across Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties, following the Plan of Care to meet patient safety, well-being and satisfaction. Experience with Well Sky/Kinnser, Oasis or similar home health platforms is a plus.
Requirements include a current Florida RN license, wound care skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and document care effectively using the EHR.
