We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
