Job DescriptionMatrix Home Care is hiring a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one‑on‑one care for a patient in the Kissimmee, FL 34744 area.
Compensation: $18 per hour
Location: Kissimmee, FL 34744
Position Type: Home Care / Field-Based
Schedule: 25–40 hours per week

Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and caring CNA or HHA with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing hands‑on care in the home setting and supporting the patient with daily needs in a safe, respectful, and professional manner.
Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Assist with bed baths, hygiene care, and grooming
- Provide wheelchair assistance as needed
- Assist with safe pivot transfers to and from chair
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning as needed
- Provide companionship and patient support
- Assist with meals and light housekeeping
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Follow the patient’s care plan and agency guidelines
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintain professionalism and respect for the patient and family at all times
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate
- Home care or private duty experience preferred
- Experience assisting with bed baths, wheelchair support, and pivot transfers preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the home setting
- Reliable transportation required
- Must meet all background screening and onboarding requirements. Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment. More info:
