Halifax Health Express Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct hospice patient care across multiple settings under the supervision of an RN in Kissimmee, FL. You will participate in 24/7 coverage with day, night, weekend, and holiday assignments, and travel within assigned areas as needed.
The ideal candidate holds a Florida LPN license, BLS and IV certification, and at least 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing or equivalent, with hospice experience preferred.
