We are seeking registered nurses (RNs) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in Kissimmee, FL.
Key Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
- Responding to patient condition changes and communicating with physicians or supervisors
- Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- One year of RN experience
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
